Ken Lisa was the 1st Vice President of The Independent Brothers MC founded in 2010. Throughout Ken's life, he always felt he was the underdog and would always look out for those like him.
Ken's courage was exemplified in 2013 when his heart was physically unable to sustain his life and he needed a heart transplant. Kenny was blessed with a donor 3 months later. Unfortunately, Ken was never able to recover from the surgery and passed in January of 2014.
Ken Lisa and his club made a promise. The promise was that we would continue to fight for the underdog and people less fortunate than ourselves, especially children. In Ken's memory, supporting St. Jude's Children's Hospital is our way of giving back and doing our part in making sure the underdog always has a fighting chance.
Mike was an original member of The Independent Brothers MC. Mike was the Treasurer of the MC but played a more integrated role and was an integral part of the clubs initial growth and success along with the other officers of the club.
Not only was Mike a cherished family member of The Independent Brothers MC, he was also a loving husband, father and a proud grandfather. Unfortunately Mike fell ill on the ride home from Delmira Bike week in 2018, he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and passed away a few short months later.
Mike is missed everyday by his family and friends alike. It’s our continued mission to provide support and resources for the things that Mike held so dearly. We will continue to grow the club with his vision in mind so he can look down and be proud of the accomplishment that he started.

Dana loved everyone in and outside of the club life. Her smile would light up a room when she walked. Her love for organizing our St,Judes Run, riding her trike being with her brothers and sisters was beyond words, Dana was the matriarch and founder of the Independent Sisters. She loved to have birthday parties, dinners and get-togethers for all of brothers and sisters in the club and was the glue who held all the love for all of us.
Her passing hit all of our family and friends very hard, But our promise to her is to continue where she left off and continue like it had never ended. The love she had for her fellow sisters still till this day is strong and we all learned from her passing. always loved and never forgotten. IFFI
